As an Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Assisting with the coordination and execution of operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Supporting inventory management and tracking, including the receipt and distribution of materials.

Preparing and maintaining operational reports, records, and documentation.

Assisting with the implementation of policies, procedures, and processes to improve operational efficiency.

Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Handling administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.

Providing support for project management activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.

Managing office supplies and equipment to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.


We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:

Minimum college degree or equivalent; additional relevant certifications are a plus.

Proven experience in an administrative, operations, or office support role is preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
