Responsibilities:

As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting your Sales and Marketing team. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Assist with daily sales and marketing operations, including but not limited to, trade show coordination, customer account management (both new and existing accounts), and conducting cold calls.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content.

Assist in market research activities to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers and colleagues.

Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a willingness to take initiative and contribute to the success of the team.

Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Previous experience in sales and marketing is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates with a passion for learning and a desire to grow in this field.

Minimum of a college education; additional qualifications or certifications in sales and marketing are advantageous.
