Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our small but dynamic team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to grow into a sales-focused role over time. The successful candidate will start with administrative tasks, gaining a solid understanding of our business and processes, and gradually transition to more sales-oriented responsibilities, including attending trade shows and eventually making independent cold calls. This position will work directly with and report to the Sales and Marketing Manager, providing an excellent opportunity for mentorship and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including processing purchase orders, preparing invoices, and maintaining customer records.
- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Sales Coordination: Help coordinate sales activities, such as managing schedules, preparing sales reports, and organizing sales materials.
- Trade Show Participation: Support the planning and execution of trade shows, including setting up booths, interacting with customers, and demonstrating products.
- Sales Development: Over time, take on more active sales roles, including learning to make cold calls, generate leads, and follow up with potential clients.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Suretorq Inc.’s products and services to effectively support the sales team and assist customers.

Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred, but not required. A desire to learn and grow in a sales environment is essential.
